About Me
I intend to re-purpose ceramics as a material and present it not just as a decorative and functional medium, but also an architectural material to design space.
As a Hungarian artist, culturally I have always been very close to nature. Most of my inspiration has been taken from natural forms and phenomena. This led me to approach art from a scientific angle as well. Today’s technology opened up an opportunity to explore the possible combination of craft and technology.
Through my experimentation, I assigned a great significance to the transformation over the surface and within the form. I would like to highlight the relevance of ceramics in our culture today, and the possible future transformation of the medium in response to our society’s current needs and perception. I believe this journey could encourage opening up a new perspective on ceramics and hand-made craft, which embraces new technology and its possibilities.
